Who can Apply?

ANYONE WHO HAS A WILLINGNESS TO SERVE CAN FIND A PLACE AT CAMP. Those who have completed Grade 12 or have participated in the Camps with Meaning Servant Leadership Training program (SLT) can apply to be on camp staff. Those who have completed Grade 10 or 11 can apply to be in the SLT program. Persons completed Grade 9 can participate in the Teen Volunteer program.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM VOLUNTEERS AND FULL SUMMER WORKERS: whether you’re available for a week or all summer, please inquire!

Rates of Pay:

Sr. Staff	Completed 1st Year College or equivalent	$290/week	Home Church or CwM Sponsorship
Staff	Completed Gr. 12	$245/week	Home Church or Private Sponsorship
Jr. Staff	Completed SLT but not Gr. 12	$170/week	Home Church or Private Sponsorship
Support Staff	Volunteer

All staff are required to volunteer their first week. (Can be staff training week if fully attended.)
"Home Church" means- staff who are part of a Mennonite Church Manitoba congregation, in most cases, are paid by their church. This is part of a standing arrangement with these churches.
"CwM sponsorship" means funds may be provided directly by Camps with Meaning.
"Private Sponsorship" means staff will be encouraged to request support from private sponsors as per instructions from us.
