Adults with Disabilities (ADV) Camp

For over 20 years, Camps with Meaning has been providing a unique residential camp experience for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.  Many of our campers view their week at camp as their holiday – there are lots of activities, plenty of time to relax, and opportunities to learn about Jesus and worship together.

Activities

  • Canoeing
  • Swimming
  • Hay rides
  • Crafts
  • Nature Walks
  • Archery
  • Field Games
  • Talent Show
  • Singing
  • And many more!

Our caring and qualified staff work to promote inclusion by adapting activities as needed and promoting a community of acceptance and fun!  Campers sleep in cabins with other adults with disabilities and leave their week with new friends and wonderful memories.

For each camp session, we have a trained health officer present to distribute medications and provide guidance for specialized physical care that may be required.   Dietary requirements and concerns are also met by experienced kitchen staff.
