Registration Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Where is the registration form?
Here on the Summer 2008 page... This is an important page that often gets overlooked because of our website design...
- What do we mean by “sessions”?
Each camp is divided into sessions – such as PreJunior, Junior, Boys/Girls Extreme Adventure, Youth, Junior High, Junior Youth, etc.
- My friends have received their acceptance package and I sent mine in at the same time but haven’t got anything.
If the cheque for payment was postdated, the receipt, which is put in with the acceptance package, has not yet been processed. As soon as it is, the whole package will be mailed. (Does not include Integration Campers)
- The "Early Bird Registration Deadline" has past. Can I still register my child for camp?
Yes, that date is simply the cut-off for early bird pricing. We are happy to register campers in sessions that still have space.
- Can camp fees be paid by credit card?
Yes, by placing the credit card number, expiry date and card holder’s name on a separate piece of paper and sending it along with the camper registration form.
- How much is the family discount?
Discounts are explained on the “important information about summer camp” page.
- Why are several weeks at Koinonia and Moose Lake blank on the Rates page?
Camps with Meaning has a significant ministry with adults with disabilities. The blank weeks are set aside for them and are not available to children and youth.
