Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available through the Manitoba Camping Association’s Sunshine Fund. Call 784-1130. Bursaries are also available from Camps with Meaning for qualifying families. Contact our office.

Cancellation Policy

A 75% refund is available up to 14 days prior to camp. After that no refund is available except for certified medical or family emergencies. No refunds issued for disciplinary dismissals.

Cabin Mate Request

Camp is a place to “make new friends and keep the old.” Campers may request one child of the same age or grade as a cabin mate. Parents will be notified two weeks prior to camp if the request cannot be granted.

Bus Transportation - New this year...

Transportation is available to Camp Assiniboia (new this year) as well as to Camp Koinonia and Camp Moose Lake. Our buses and vans are not wheelchair accessible. See registration form for rates. Bus pick-up and drop-off is at the Camps with Meaning Office, 600 Shaftesbury Blvd, south parking lot or at the other locations listed on registration form. Note: the Assiniboia van will also pick up and drop off campers at the First Mennonite Church parking lot at Arlington and Notre Dame.

Special Needs Campers

Our Integration Program provides support for children and youth with disabilities. We do this through personal interviews, adaptive programming and trained staff. Apply early because space is limited! Cheques received will not be cashed until each camper is assured a space. Notification of acceptance for integration campers will take place in late May or early June.

Partnership Opportunity

Our rates reflect only part of our operational costs. We invite your financial support. To receive a tax receipt, donations must be made with a separate cheque. Make cheques out to “Mennonite Church Manitoba.” You may designate these for “camper bursaries” or “general program support.”
